The Season of Creation (Sept. 1 – Oct. 4) celebrates God’s abundance and reminds us to live in right relationship with creation. Befriending beans, a basic plant-based protein, connects us with many food cultures that rely on legumes for inexpensive, healthy and tasty food traditions.
