Employment Opportunities

Are you ready to partner in mission?

About

FSPA is dedicated to relationship-centered care and service. For our staff—our partners in mission—this means quality time working with sisters and quality time advancing our Franciscan mission. We are a socially responsible organization--members of the Interfaith Center for Corporate Responsibility--and offer a PTO plan that starts immediately, 403(b) match, tuition assistance and a wellness program, including access to an Employee Assistance Center, an onsite wellness advocate and discounted spirituality center programming.

Where we work

Our partners in mission work in a variety of locations, including:

St. Rose Convent: home for sisters and corporate office for Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. We share space with the Franciscan Spirituality Center. St. Rose Convent is located at 912 Market Street, La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Villa St. Joseph: home for sisters and surrounded by land that is home to the FSPA organic garden, greenhouse and Franciscan Spirituality Center hermitages. Villa St. Joseph is located on St. Joseph Ridge, 11 miles east of La Crosse, Wisconsin. Our staff here are involved in the project to renovate St. Rose Convent. When the renovation is complete, sisters and staff will transition to St. Rose Convent.

Remote: some our partners in mission are telecommuting either by position assignment or due to COVID-19.

And, some of our partners in mission work a combination of all of the above!
