"Every day the situation sounds more dire, and I feel more helpless. In seeking some clarity," she reached out Max Carter. Max, formerly her Quaker campus minister at Guilford College in England, lived and served in the Palestinian West Bank in the early 1970s, returning to the region over the years since then. "He has also written three books related to the area," says Sister Sarah.
