FSPA receives the Good Neighbor Award

FSPA receives the Good Neighbor Award

The Carroll Chamber of Commerce in Carroll, Iowa, honored the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration with the Good Neighbor Award.

Sarah Foley, Director of the St. Anthony Regional Hospital Foundation, shares that FSPA has served the Carroll community for over a century. Beginning with helping start a Catholic parish school, now called the Kuemper Catholic School System. FSPA also provided health care at St. Anthony Regional Hospital and supported services at New Hope Village.

Sisters Joanne Moeller and Rose Elsbernd reflected on the impact FSPA have made in the Carroll community, while also acknowledging the impact the Carroll community has had on FSPA, as many women from Carroll have joined the FSPA community over the years.
