On Thursday, Sept. 19, FSPA affiliates Pat and Linda Kerrigan were honored with Viterbo University's 2024 Saint John XXIII Award for Distinguished Service. The award was created in 1975 to recognize individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and service to higher education, their community and to human kind.
Pat and Linda have lived out their Franciscan values of hospitality and peacemaking through their tireless commitment to community service. Their work includes significant involvement with the United Way, La Crosse Mental Health Coalition and the La Crescent Rotary Club. They have also been active in FSPA initiatives to support unhoused persons and volunteered with numerous organizations, including the La Crosse Area Restorative Justice Program, La Crescent Neighbors in Action, The Salvation Army and the Franciscan Spirituality Center.
Congratulations, Pat and Linda!
