Making History: land return webinar

We recently transferred the Marywood Franciscan Spirituality Center property in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin, to the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa— the original caretakers of the land. This is the first Catholic land return to a Tribal Nation as an act of repair for colonization and residential boarding schools and is the first rematriation done by women religious.
