Employment Opportunity - Caregiver

Location: St. Rose Convent, La Crosse, WI
Hours:  part-time and full-time

We are seeking Caregivers or CNA's to join our team at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse, WI.  As a Caregiver you will provide services to the sisters that help them live their most independent life. We are looking to fill Part-time and a Full time positions, which will Include every other weekend and holiday rotation.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

  • Full-time 70 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks), 6am-2:30pm
  • Part-time 32 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks), 6am-2:30pm
  • Part-time 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks), 6am-2:30pm - every other Saturday and Sunday
  • Part-time 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks), 10pm-6:30am - every other Friday and Saturday

In this role you will:

  • build meaningful relationships,
  • provide services that promote independence,
  • assist with personal cares for all levels of need and
  • seek opportunities to support social needs.

  • a commitment to sister centered care that focuses on building relationships and
  • core skills in caregiving and experience in nursing home, community care or assisted living.

CNA certification is preferred but not required. Previous home care experience is a plus.
