Sister Jean MichaelFSPA and affiliates work in a number of ways to relieve the suffering of our homeless brothers and sisters. From striving to expand a warming center in La Crosse, Wisconsin, to ensuring food is served at St. Benedict Labre Homeless Ministry in Las Vegas, Nevada, our work is far-reaching.

Sister Ruth Berra volunteers providing personal services for our homeless brothers and sisters including laundry and food preparation.

FSPA Homelessness Initiative, La Crosse, Wisconsin

-Supports the Franciscan Hospitality House

-Supports the La Crosse Warming Center

-Supports Place of Grace Catholic Worker House

-Coordinates the Hygiene for Homeless program which collects and distributes personal hygiene products for area homeless

St. Benedict Labre Homeless Ministry, Las Vegas, Nevada

Sister Lorraine Forster sponsors an FSPA ministry grant which offers financial support. And, our Las Vegas-area affiliates, volunteer regularly
