Retired Seniors Volunteer Program honors two FSPA

“What we put out into the world matters. As an RSVP volunteer, you may never know the profound effect that you have made on a person’s life.” Chris Brown, board president of The Friends of Coulee Region RSVP, shared this sentiment at a recent volunteer recognition event. And two dedicated hearts, Sisters Fran Browning and Mary Morrissey, were present to hear her message and receive The President’s Lifetime Achievement Award recognizing their “lifelong commitments to building a stronger nation through volunteer service.” The award honors volunteers who have served 4,000 or more hours with RSVP.

“My wish for you is that the goodness you spread into the world so generously comes back to you threefold,” continued Chris. “Our communities are enriched and blessed by your passion, dedication and energy.”

Coulee Region RSVP invites adults age 55 and better to share their life experience and skills to make a positive impact on meeting the needs of the community.
