Watch: Sister Kathy shares Thea's story with award recipient

The Intercommunity Peace & Justice Center presented our First Annual Thea Bowman Award at its Spring 2021 Benefit. The recipient was Sister of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary Linda Haydock, who was the founding director of the Intercommunity Peace & Justice Center and led this ministry for 26 years.

"We are so grateful to your community for the gift of Thea Bowman, and for giving us permission to establish an award in her name. We are pleased that Sister Kathy Roberg was able to share Thea’s story for our benefit," said Adrian Dominican Sister Judy Byron.
