Native American Heritage Month: Learning About Land

11/08/2022 11:58 am

It's important to recognize the history and culture of the land you're living on. Understanding and appreciating the Native Americans who lived before us is one way that we can observe Native American Heritage Month. Take a moment to visit native-land.ca to learn more about the history of the land that you live on.

FSPA acknowledges that St. Rose Convent occupies the unceded ancestral and traditional land of the Sauk and Meskwaki, the Ochethi Sakowin and the Ho-Chunk peoples. Please take a moment to celebrate and honor this ancestral land and the sacred lands of all indigenous peoples.
