In Loving Memory of Sister Patricia Shepler

Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration Patricia Shepler, 81, died on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023, at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Sister Pat was celebrating her sixtieth year of religious life, which she began discerning after eighth grade. She ministered as an elementary student throughout Wisconsin and served as a business controller in Iowa as well as Viterbo University before her retirement. Known for her joyful spirit, determination to live life to the fullest and, occasionally, a bit of mischief, Sister Pat was an inspiration to others.
