In Loving Memory of Sister Marydel Bissen

We are celebrating the life of Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration Marydel Bissen, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 94. In her religious life, Sister Marydel ministered as a homemaker in convent homes in Wisconsin and Iowa for 31 years and served her FSPA community at St. Rose Convent in food service and Villa St. Joseph in religious services, retiring in 2011. She will be celebrated for many things, including her wonderful smile, beautiful voice, helping hands, selflessness and fervent commitment to her vocation.
