Catholic Climate Covenant’s Earth Day 2021: Restore Our Common Home
The theme of this program “addresses how as people of faith we must urgently act to not only protect but restore God’s beautiful gift of creation.” Presented as a one-hour educational and prayer program, the offering “is the perfect way for our families, parishes, schools and religious communities to prepare for the Vatican’s launch of the ‘Laudato Si’ Action Platform in May 2021, during Laudato Si’ Week. Plant Sales

Viterbo University’s Student Sustainability Club invites all to a plant sale, featuring succulents, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Franciscan Way. Wisconsin Technical College is also hosting a sale includes house plants, flowers, herbs, hanging baskets, vegetables and perennials and will take place at the Horticulture Education Center, Vine and 7th Street, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Mississippi Valley Conservancy Trail Trek Challenge 2021-2022
Kick-off event: Saturday, April 24, 10 a.m.
The Trail Trek Challenge is a year-round hike/walk program on the nature preserves you've helped protect in five counties of Wisconsin's Driftless Area, co-sponsored by FSPA. Participants will receive a web link that leads you to a downloadable Trail Guide and Hike Log, that includes hike locations, descriptions and trail maps with driving directions along with a chart to track your hikes.
