Black History Month: Hope Restores extends a challenge

Hope Restores, an FSPA Seeding a Legacy of Healing grant recipient and La Crosse-based organization aimed at uplifting, empowering and restoring the African American community through education, preservation and advocacy, has invited everyone to this Black History Month challenge.
