Paper Bowl Baskets

We will create toned and painted sheets of paper for a sturdy paper bowl. As we work applying the paper over round beach balls we will strengthen so it holds its form. These will need drying time between steps which is the reason for a three-day workshop.

Monday, Sept. 5: Creation of paper sheets and first layer of bowl forms
Tuesday, Sept. 6: Additional layers of paper forms and other uses of remaining papers
Wednesday, Sept. 7: Finishing off the bowl when it is removed from the form
