This group is open to anyone experiencing anxiety or depression and offers meditation as a coping skill. Gatherings are offered through videoconferencing. Practicing coping skills such as meditation can change the way we interact with the world and with ourselves. Each evening will include a guided meditative practice followed by a brief discussion.  

It's free to participate, but you'll need to register to get the link to join the virtual meeting on Zoom.
