Two women join FSPA prayer ministry

Two prayer partners, who were unable to attend the commissioning service in April, were commissioned on May 21 at evening prayer. 

Janie Spencer, pictured on left, is a member of St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Holmen, Wisconsin, where she is a communion minister. Janie is the executive director of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Alumni Association.  

Stacy Shapiro Baumgardt, pictured on right, lives near Stoddard, Wisconsin, with husband Dan and their two teenage sons. She owns her own business and volunteers at WAFER and The Salvation Army. Stacy has presented at the Franciscan Spirituality Center.
