Thea oil painting donated to FSPA

An oil painting of Sister Thea Bowman has been donated to the FSPA, and is
on display in Thea House. Msgr. Patrick Wells, left, pastor of St. Francis of
Assisi Parish in Houston, Texas, commissioned artist and friend, Tony Bryant,
right, to paint the portrait. The 3' x 4' painting is inspired by a photo taken
in 1988 by Sister Regina Dick, FSP, of Boston. A public unveiling will be scheduled
when the painting has been framed.
