FSPA commission eight eucharistic prayer partners

Eight new prayer partners were commissioned in Mary of the Angels Chapel on Nov. 13.

Emma Byom is a member of Blessed Sacrament Parish. She is employed at Trane Company and also works as a receptionist at St. Rose Convent. Emma is married and has a daughter who attends Aquinas High School.

Anna and Steven Kerr-Anna, a Canadian by birth, recently moved to the La Crosse area from Canada. Steve, a native of La Crosse, has worked at Trane Company for the past 30 years. Together they have four children and one grandchild.

Sandra Kuehn is a member of St. Mary's Church in Viroqua where she is involved in parish/music ministry. She has been married for 40 years and has four children and seven grandchildren.

Naomi Roberts is a member of Blessed Sacrament Church where she is involved in parish ministry. She has seven children.

Mary Jo Schumacher is a member of Mary Mother of the Church where she sings in the choir and serves as a
eucharistic minister. Mary Jo also volunteers at St. Joseph Rehabilitation Center. She is married and has five
children and two grandsons.

Joan Spieker attends Viterbo's San Damiano campus church. She has been employed at Bethany Riverside Nursing Home for 30 years. She is married to Wayne Wojciechowski who works at Viterbo University.

Ellen Starkey is a lector, a CCD teacher and choir member at Mary Mother of the Church. She is a retired teacher but continues to substitute in the Westby school system. Ellen and her husband live in Coon Valley.
