Dear Sisters,

"Thank you, for your prayers for my kids. They are deaf and out of jobs."

Dear Sisters,

"Thanks for your recent 24/7 hour vigil of prayers for our son. It is awesome to have you pray for our family."

Dear Sisters,

"I would like to thank you for your prayers at Christmas time. My husband, after 25 years of marriage, has decided to convert to Catholicism."

Dear Friends in Christ,

"I want you to know your prayers are being answered for our daughter. After months of chemo her doctors were overwhelmed to discover the progress being made. We thank you."

Dear Sister,

"You and the sisters prayed for my nephew who had a drug problem. I am so happy and proud to say he has turned his life around. Thanks to God and your prayers my family survived this ordeal and my faith is even stronger."

Dear Sisters,

"I have felt the good effects of your sisters' perpetual adoration prayers during the past year. It is truly blessed work all of the Franciscan sisters do. Your prayers of perpetual adoration have blessed and helped."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you so much for the prayers. Either way the test goes I know I have someone praying for me."

Dear Sisters,

"I phone often with prayer requests for my family and others. I find comfort and peace with a call for your prayers."

Dear Sisters,

"Thanks again for your prayers. I am doing well with my skin cancer. Your prayers were very powerful."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you very much for your prayers on my behalf. I am now cancer-free. I am fortunate that there is a group like yours to pray for petitions. May God bless you all."

Dear Sisters,

"God has blessed my life in many ways. I have spent time at the convent over the years as a Viterbo student, a Reiki practitioner and as a guest. Such a sacred place it is. The women who fill its walls are all remarkable. My appreciation to those who have given so much for the good of others."

Dear Sisters,

"I have not forgotten your wonderful and powerful prayers for me. I wanted to wait for my visit to the oncologist to write to you. The first visit was very good . . . I feel very good and I am back to my normal activities. I thank you again for your powerful prayers."

Dear Sisters,

"I just wanted to thank you for praying for me. I filled out a prayer request form a couple of weeks ago when my life was in chaos. Wonderful things have started to happen and I just know that the absence of my faith was helped through your amazing work. Thank you so much for helping me at a time when everything seemed to be falling apart."

Dear Sisters,

"I am writing to thank you for the prayers for my daughter. A few months ago I wrote asking that you keep her in your prayers. She is a heroin addict, and I turned to the sisters for prayer as I felt that only God's intercession would help. I believe a miracle has taken place; my daughter went back to school last week. She sought out schooling and found finacial aid all on her own. Six months ago I could not have dreamt that she would be where she is now in her life, and finally I can sleep at night. Thank you so much for your prayers, and please continue to keep her in your prayers - as I know that this is a life long battle she faces. God bless you."

Dear Sisters,

"Several months ago I sent in a prayer request for my sister-in-law who has a rare form of cancer. It had spread to 5 nodules in each lung. With prayer and chemotherapy a miracle is now taking place. On her first CT scan the nodules were shrinking. On the recent CT scan they were not only shrinking but down to 2 nodules in one lung and 3 in the other. Thank you for your prayers! God Bless!"

Dear Sister,

"I was overwhelmed by a number of things I encountered at St. Rose. First, I had forgotten that you were from the order of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration. Next I was struck by the sign which stated that you and your sisters had been adoring our Lord nonstop for the last 125 years. That's a long time. The chapel is beautiful. If I lived in La Crosse, I would make it a habit to attend Mass there once in a while. But what I want to relay to you is that from the moment I entered the convent that afternoon, I felt I was in the presence of something holy. I know the Lord is always with us, sister, but I believe you have something special there at St. Rose and I believe it was a privilege for me to experience it. I found it necessary to share the experience with many of my friends. God bless you and all of the sisters."

Dear Sisters,

"I wanted to thank the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration from the bottom of my heart for praying for our son. Our son is home now and trying to deal with his problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We're so happy to have him with us."

Dear Sisters,

"We had asked you to pray for our car to be all right and pass inspection as we needed it to get to doctors appointments and to get around since I can't walk very well and my husband also has a disability and we don't have the money for expensive repairs or to buy a new one. Well, through an interesting set of circumstances and timing, we were recommended to another mechanic who thoroughly inspected the car and....it passed with flying colors. The first one had said that it needed $3,000.00 in repairs and he didn't even try to inspect it. We found out that he didn't have the best reputation although it is difficult to understand why one mechanic is trustworthy and the other isn't but on the last day before we would have had to give the car up (you cannot drive an uninspected car) we were told about the new and wonderful mechanic. He felt that the car would last another six months at least and this gives us time to look for a new used one and ask you to pray that we will have the money. But anyway, we thank God and thank you for answering our prayers."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you so much for your prayers. I can feel the power of your prayers and they are appreciated."

Dear Sisters,

"Last year I wrote to ask for prayers for a friend to stop using drugs and to find a good job. He has stopped using drugs and he has a nice job. I also asked for my nephew to stop using drugs and he stopped also. I am very thankful for your prayers. Please continue praying for them and for me also."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you for praying for my special intention for my son who has so much stress in his life."

Dear Sister,

"Thank you for your prayers. It truly means a lot to our family."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you for your powerful prayers. I will include all of you in mine also."

Dear Sisters,

"This past summer after having read about your mission to pray for those in need, I phoned and you were good enough to pray for my best friend's sister - a young wife and mother with two young daughters - who had been diagnosed with a form of leukemia. She was undergoing medically severe treatments. The very next time she had a check-up her doctors were amazed to find her already in remission! We cannot doubt that your prayers are a major contributor to this happy and hopeful state of affairs!"

Dear Sisters,

"Last August we asked you to pray for our daughter to conceive a child. Soon after you sent the card back telling us the dates you prayed for her, she visited us and came in carrying a 3 foot tall statue of St. Francis for by birthday! It is a bird bath - a perfect gift as I love the birds. When I saw St. Francis, tears came to my eyes and I knew my intention would be granted. (My daughter didn't know I asked for your prayers.) Now I come begging for prayers again. She is pregnant with twins! Your prayers are surely powerful. Please remember her and both of these much loved babies and her husband before the Blessed Sacrament."

Dear Sisters,

"I can't tell you how much I appreciate your thoughtfulness. I spoke to my sister in the hospital and she is so touched and comforted that you are praying for her. It really is a boost to her, and goodness knows, she needs a boost right now. Thank you again, truly."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you for praying for my mom. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and is now doing well. Please continue to pray for physical and spiritual healing."

Dear Sisters,

"How blessed we would be if you would include us in your prayers. We have committed to funding a school in India. In the photo some members of the Foundation for Women in San Diego, Calif., are visiting with children who would be the first generation in this village to go to school. Thank you for your dedication to Perpetual Adoration and the continual prayers for those of us in the world who need you."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you very much for praying for my sister. I have noticed a change in her health and I know it's your prayers. Thank you and God bless."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you for your prayers for our disabled daughter and all of our family. We have been truly comforted and appreciate your support as we face the unknown in her future."

Dear Sisters,

"Your prayers for our anorexic daughter have brought a miraculous change. God bless you!"

Dear Sisters,

"We can't thank the sisters enough for the prayers they offered for Catherine. After many months of discouraging news, she finally received an encouraging report on her last check-up. May God bless the sisters for their love and compassion and all the works that they do. Again our thanks for your prayers."

Dear Sisters,

"It's a comfort to know you are praying for my petition to our Lord for healing of health that our son needs. He is suffering from depression and is slowly recovering. I believe he will get well through prayers."

Dear Sisters,

"Thank you all so much for your prayers. You started your prayer vigil one day before the MRI of the brain. Good news! The radiation treatment was very favorable. Thank and God bless you for your prayers."

Dear Sister,

"Sometime ago a friend asked for prayers for a back problem that caused her severe pain for years. Last week her doctor gave her a new kind of shot and she said she has absolutely no pain. She thanks the sisters for their prayers and God for answering them."

Dear Sister,

"Thank you so much for such a quick response. I can't tell you how much this means to me. Thank God for you and your sisters. It gives us all hope for the future knowing that you are there for us."

Dear Sisters,

"I am very thankful for your prayers. My daughter-in law is in dire need of a kidney and pancreas transplant. I pray for her at Mass every day but I believe your prayers are very powerful. God willing she will survive. Thank you."
