A Drop In the Bucket

Funds raised through $28,249 as of March 22, 2012 |
A Drop in the Bucket fundraising campaign aims to raise $30,000 for water projects underway in El Salvador. Through the FSPA sponsored ministry, Global Awareness Through Experience, funds raised will be gifted to villages serving 300 families.
One statistic claims that 90 percent of the El Salvador’s natural water is contaminated, and half the population drinks untreated water. The water projects are completed in phases. Through FSPA donor generosity phases one through three are complete: the rock is drilled; a small shed to house the water pump is in place; the pump is installed and the electrical work complete. The final phases include the construction of a large water tank followed by installing pipes to get the water to the homes. Our drops will support these phases.

Give a drop as a gift
You’re invited to gift a drop to a loved one as a birthday, anniversary, holiday or “thinking of you” gift. The Development Office has a supply of water-themed cards that you can request when you make your donation. You can send the cards to your loved ones letting them know a donation was made in their name. Make a gift and in the form’s comment section, request your cards.
